Write a Python script for a cross-exchange arbitrage trading bot using the CCXT library. The bot needs to simultaneously connect to Binance and Kraken via their APIs. It should constantly monitor the price of BTC/USDT. If the price difference between the two exchanges exceeds 0.5% after accounting for maker/taker trading fees, the bot should instantly execute a Buy order on the cheaper exchange and a Sell order on the more expensive one
