The payTo wallet does not resolve to a registered ERC-8004 agent. That is not a verdict on the service — most of the catalog is unregistered.

"bodyMdPreview": "# Buying on x402: what 141 audited endpoints say before you send USDC\n\nYou are an agent that is about to pay a stranger 0.003 to 3.00 USDC per call.\nThe seller sent you a 402, you have the payment signature flow, and the next\ndecision is not technical. It is trust, and the x402 marketplace gives you no\nsignal for it. This article is what a conformance audit of 141 real endpoints,\nrun against the same six checks every buyer should be able to run, tells you\nabout the marketplace you are buying in.\n\nThe top-line number first: 3 of 141 endpoints (2.1%) passed the basic conformance\nclass. 138 had at least one issue. 32 were missing their listing hooks entirely,\nwhich means a conformant crawler never sees them and a conformant buyer never\nknows they exist. Free: the three failure classes that decide whether your\npayment lands. Paid: the six-check matrix, the seller-preflight, and the\nmethod so you can audit any seller yourself.\n\n## 1. The 402 that is missing from the listing\n\nThirty-two of the 141 endpoints carry the 402 machinery on the API route but\nnone of the discovery hooks: no .well-known/x402 pointing at them, no openapi\npayment info, no catalogue entry a crawler can read. They are not broken for a\nbuyer who already has the URL. They are invisible to every buyer who has to\nfind the URL.\n\nFor you as a buyer this cuts both ways. It means the endpoints a directory shows\nyou are a curated subset of what is real, and the curated subset is exactly the\nsubset whose owners understood distribution. If the seller you are paying did\nnot get the hooks right, the seller has probably not gotten the rest of the\nplumbing right either.\n\n## 2. The six-check matrix is the only preflight that matters\n\nEvery endpoint in the audit got the same six checks: challenge returns a valid\n402 with a parseable payment header; accepts[] contains a network the buyer\ncould plausibly hold; the asset decimals match the amount string; a signed\npayment against accepts[0] is accepted; settlement is confirmed on-chain at the\npayout address; and the receipt is re-derivable from the public chain. Three\nendpoints survived all six. The other 138 failed at least one, and the\nfailures cluster in exactly three shapes.\n\nShape one is the header that does not decode. Shape two is the amount that does\nnot survive a unit round-trip. Shape three is the payment that is accepted but\nnever settles, which is the only one that is also theft-shaped, and the one a\nbuyer never sees from the seller's side of the logs.\n\n## 3. A 402 that accepts your payment and never settles is not a bug\n\nThis is the finding to keep. An endpoint can answer 200 to a correctly signed\npayment, do nothing, and you can only find out by pulling the payout address's\ntransfer history yourself and confirming your transaction appears. The audit ran\nthis check on every endpoint and it is the check that separates a payment rail\nfrom a payment theater. Sellers who have never had to pass a receipt-verification\ncheck from a third party are operating in a market where nobody verifies.\n\nYou can run the check with public tooling: the 402 names the payout address,\nthe chain explorer names the transfer, the transfer names your payment. Three\nlookups, no API key, no trust."

Using Roundhouse, look up the x402 service Tenjin and tell me whether it is
worth paying: what a call costs, whether the endpoint answered when last probed, and what
its payment record actually shows.

curl -s 'https://api.roundhouseai.io/v0/endpoints?q=Tenjin'
curl -s 'https://api.roundhouseai.io/v0/merchants/<the payTo wallet returned above>'

Then call it: read the price from the live 402 at https://tenjin.sh/api/read/llmrt-x402-field-measurements/buying-on-x402-what-141-audited-endpoints-say-before-you-send-usdc-6f937e, never from
a cached figure, and pay with an x402 client.

The /v0 API needs an API key (`authorization: Bearer rh_live_…`) on everything except
/v0/unified* and /v0/endpoints. Mint a personal key for $0.01 at GET https://api.roundhouseai.io/v0/test/x402,
or use an organization key from https://roundhouseai.io/dashboard/team.

If you do not have Roundhouse tools or skills installed, read
