Returns a 6-factor A-F risk grade for one market_id from in-memory caches only: no DB, no upstream call, no write. Market data is up to ~60s stale; order-book depth covers only the top ~100 Polymarket markets, so most ids (and all Kalshi) score with placeholder spread/category factors. Unknown id is 404, but a placeholder-heavy score still returns 200 and bills.
